Day 1
Wednesday, November 19th
- Arrivals, welcome and group dinner at 6pm (dinner at 7pm)
- Later arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice
Day 2
Thursday, November 20th
- 8am–9am: Breakfast
- 9am–4pm: Retreat Program (includes lunch)
- 4pm–7pm: Relax and Unwind — spa, nature, Lake Geneva town, or a cosy fireplace
- Group Dinner: 7pm
- After-hour activities available at the resort
Day 3
Friday, November 21st
- 7:30am–8:30am: Breakfast
- 8:30am–3:00pm: Retreat Program (includes lunch)
- 3:00pm: Departures

- Pre-retreat one-hour 1:1 coaching session with Orla to help you prepare

Accommodations & Meals
- Two nights in a Deluxe Queen or King Room at Grand Geneva Resort (check-in Wed 11/19, check-out Fri 11/21)

- Wednesday evening dinner and drinks at one of Grand Geneva Resort's award-winning restaurants
- Five-star dining experience curated by a private chef in our retreat villa Thursday evening

Terms & Conditions
- Pricing includes all resort fees and taxes.
- Travel to and from the retreat is not included in the retreat cost.
- Spa treatments are not included in the pricing. Reservations required.
- Must be over 18 to attend.
- Dietary and accessibility restrictions require advance notice (intake forms provided at registration).
- Deposit of $1,200 due in full at registration. Fully refundable for cancellations prior to October 31st, 2026. No refunds after that date.
- Full cost must be paid prior to November 15th, 2026.
- Participants will be required to complete and sign an intake form and retreat contract at registration.
- Alcohol will be served during dinner and may be available during social hours. Participants are expected to consume responsibly. The EVOLVE Retreat reserves the right to ask any participant to refrain from alcohol consumption if it is deemed disruptive to the retreat experience.
- Smoking and vaping will not be allowed inside the villa.
- The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at the retreat. Participants are expected to follow all resort policies and applicable laws during their stay. Participants are responsible for taking any prescribed medications as directed and should notify us in advance of any medication that may affect their participation.
